TO USE ANY DESIGN FOR COMMERCIAL PURPOSE REQUIRES A
LICENCING, be that buttons, decorations, the associated vector files, stitcheries, illustrations, cross stitch, brooches, quilts, home wares etc
Licence agreements are legally binding & come with a copyright fee and possible on going royalities payments. This depends on me as the owner.
At present I do licence some artwork 2 cross stitch designers
Licencing agreements must be agreed to and sight work at beginning of a design process not when about to be released .
